Refund policy

Please review your basket carefully before paying. Confirm the book title, language, quantity and total before continuing to checkout.

Because our ebooks are digital products supplied immediately after payment, purchases are final once download access has been supplied. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases or selecting the incorrect book.

Our checkout also checks your account for books you have already purchased and will warn you before payment wherever possible.

This policy does not exclude or limit any remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law, including where a digital product is defective, materially misdescribed or not delivered. If you experience a genuine delivery or file problem, please contact Anavrin Wellness so we can correct it.

Digital delivery

Your delivery email and secure My Books dashboard provide a seven-day download window after purchase. Download and safely store your PDFs during that period. The seven days refer to downloading, not the length of time you may use your saved copies under the personal licence.
